We cannot thank our friends at John Mutch Building Services enough for volunteering with VSA, their incredible hard work and determination to transform the outdoor space at our Arrdier House service last Friday. The John Mutch team worked alongside the VSA gardeners and fundraising team. The gardens look fantastic and I am sure the residents will thoroughly enjoy spending time there.

Today, I contacted your office to confirm if I needed a joiner to complete the repair in the loft and I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the response I received. I have been told that your surveyor has reviewed the pictures and no additional action is required so you would now simply coordinate with the painter when the ceiling is dry. I accept that recommendation with complete confidence knowing the level of service I have had to date and look forward to hearing from you to coordinate the completion of the job in the next few weeks. When I discovered the leak you were my first call, having used your electrical services before, and I can confirm you will remain that from now on and I will have no hesitation in recommending your team in future.

We are delighted with the job from start to finish – good communication, excellent workmanship, highly professional service throughout and a superb team on site at each and every stage.
